Complimentary shipping: every Vera Grande bag ships free of charge within the United States.

 

Worldwide shipping: we ship internationally. International orders ship at no charge, and estimated delivery is 5 to 8 business days after dispatch, though customs and local delivery may add time.

 

Processing time: orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

 

Duties and taxes: international customers may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged by their country. These are not included in the price and are collected by the carrier or local authority.

 

Delivery issues: if your order is lost, delayed beyond the estimated window, or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@veragrande.shop and we will help resolve it.

 

Shipping address: please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we cannot redirect orders once they have shipped.
